Bury’s streets are set to come alive with the sights, sounds, and smells of a true foodie celebration as the Bury Food and Drink Festival returns from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 July 2025. With a packed lineup of delicious street food, artisan stalls, live music, and hands-on events, the festival promises something for everyone.

This year’s programme showcases a blend of local talent, global flavours, and vibrant entertainment across Bury town centre, transforming the area into a buzzing hub of activity for three full days.

Highlights of the 2025 Festival Include:

  • Beers and Bands on Bank Street (Friday 18 July): Kick things off with an evening of great local beer and live music in a lively outdoor setting. No tickets required—just turn up and enjoy.

  • Artisan Traders on The Rock: Shop local with a curated selection of independent food producers, makers, and creatives bringing everything from sweet treats to handmade crafts.

  • Hong Kong Market in Kay Gardens (Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 July): Sample authentic street food and flavours from across Asia at this colourful and cultural outdoor market.
  • Bury Market (Open Friday & Saturday): Don’t miss a visit to the award-winning market, packed with fresh produce, regional delicacies, and local favourites.
  • Live Music Throughout the Weekend: From scheduled acts to spontaneous street performances, expect a full soundtrack to your festival experience.

There will also be in venue events including:

  • Pasta Making ‘Make and Take’ Workshop at The Met (Saturday 19 July): Dive into the art of pasta making with a hands-on class perfect for foodies (£32 per person, pre-booking recommended).

  • Live Sessions at West Ivy (Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 July): Enjoy acoustic sets, DJs, and refreshing cocktails in a relaxed garden atmosphere.

  • DJ Sessions at The Daily Grind (Sunday 20 July): Chill out with house beats and your favourite drinks at this laid-back music session.
