Funding and tendering process

Please note this is the first stage in the funding application and the process will follow several stages:

The BID will assess all funding bids up to and including £3,000
All funding applications must have a match fund element 3 times the value of the funding requested
Any requests for over £3,000 would have to be a dedicated BID Event
Requests must be made at least 3 months in advance of the event

The BID allocates a quarterly budget which is agreed annually at Board level. The BID organises events to draw in footfall across the entire BID area. BID organised events and external funding requests are taken from the same quarterly budget. It therefore may not be possible to approve external funding for an event occurring at a specific time, depending on how funding has been allocated for quarter.
