Call for Traders: Bury BID Food & Drink Festival Returns July 2026

Following two hugely successful years, the Bury BID Food and Drink Festival will once again return to Bury town centre from Friday 24 to Sunday 26 July 2026 – and we’re now inviting traders to apply for a stall.

Last year’s festival attracted over 134,000 visitors to the town centre across the weekend, celebrating the very best of Bury Market, local hospitality, food, drink and independent traders. Building on this success, the 2026 event promises to be even bigger, bringing thousands of potential customers to the heart of the town.

The festival will take place across various locations around Bury town centre, with stalls trading on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July 2026.

We are now welcoming applications from vendors offering:

• Food

• Drinks

• Crafts and non-food items

Key Information for Traders

Before applying, please ensure you can meet the following criteria:

• Trading dates available:
  Saturday 25 July and/or Sunday 26 July 2026

• Stall pitch fees:

  • £90 per day – Food & Drink vendors

  • £60 per day – Craft / non-food vendors
    (Valid food hygiene certificates, along with full terms and conditions, apply)

• Application deadline:
  Tuesday 24 February 2026
  After this date, all applications will be reviewed and successful traders selected based on suitability and variety.

• What we’re looking for:
  All types of vendors are encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to:

  • Traders who can bring their own set-up (gazebo, trailer or van)

  • Vendors with their own power supply, if required

  • Traders able to operate on both Saturday and Sunday

• Deposit details:
  Successful applicants will be required to pay 50% of the stall pitch fee as a deposit by Tuesday 31 March 2026.
  The remaining balance will be due closer to the festival date.
