Christmas Dinner - East Lancashire Railway

The weather outside is frightful, but our festive dining experiences are delightful!

Step on board our festive decorated, beautifully restored pullman-style carriages while being steam hauled through the picturesque Irwell Valley. With polished panelling, luxurious furnishings, and crisp linen it’s a perfect way to dine while enjoying traditional Christmas fayre and getting into the spirit of the season!

Upon boarding expect a sumptuous four course, silver served meal followed by coffee and mince pies. With your own personal waiter/waitress for the evening you can relax knowing every aspect of your experience will be catered for to the highest standards.

• Traditional steam-hauled Pullman style train ride through the beautiful Irwell Valley
• Sparkling wine welcome drink
• Four course, silver served meal
• Tea or coffee, and after dinner chocolate

Tickets are priced at £75 per head for adults and are for over 16’s only. Price includes train fare.

All orders are subject to a Booking Fee of £2.50 (per booking, not per ticket).

The dress code is smart/casual.

Boarding commences at approximately 6:15pm with a prompt departure of 7:00pm. You will be advised of your table number and carriage when checking in at boarding. The journey lasts just under 3 hours with a return time of 9:45pm.

Please note when making your booking, dietary requirements of Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free/Pescatarian/Halal/Dairy Free/Diabetic can be selected from the ticket option menu using drop down selection button.
