Bury is set to welcome global music star Natalie Imbruglia this September as independent record store and coffee shop Wax and Beans continues to put the town centre firmly on the music map.

The award-winning singer-songwriter, best known for worldwide hits including Torn, will visit Wax and Beans for a special in-store event, bringing fans the opportunity to experience an intimate music moment in one of Bury’s much-loved independent venues.

The announcement builds on an exciting year for Wax and Beans, which has continued to attract established artists and create unique experiences for music fans. The venue recently welcomed actor and musician Kiefer Sutherland as part of its live events programme, showcasing the ambition and creativity of independent businesses within Bury town centre.

The momentum continues in September, when Wax and Beans collaborates with The Met to welcome indie favourites Bloc Party for a special show in Bury. The event forms part of the band’s intimate album release tour and will bring another internationally recognised act to the town.
