Every September, across the country, thousands of museums, galleries, factories, archives, churches open their doors, offering a chance to explore local, history, architecture.

Take a guided tour around Bury Town Hall with former mayor Trevor Holt. The tour includes a Registrar Talk which will look back at the records from the 1830’s, a walk around the Council  Chamber ending in the Mayor’s Parlour for refreshments and freshly baked biscuits.
